The student purchases online vouchers and pays using mobile money or any form of payment. Once the student enters his/her results into the system, the software classifies them and present the report to the Admissions Committee. Every result that is uploaded here must be approved by the relevant committee/board because any changes done in leaves a system audit trail.

This manages the attendance of students and staff. This could be linked to biometric devices so that once student enters a lecture, the biometric device sends bio data into the system for collation. Attendance could be entered by the lecturer based on the access rights.

Syllabus Management is used to prepare lecture time table for morning, evening and weekend sessions. Once the course code, course title, course lecturer and other relevant information are entered, the system generates the timetable automatically. Students can just go to their portal and have access to their respective time tables. Time table can be prepared within 10 minutes. The system is able to assign lecture halls to students incase they are in groups and manages such groupings throughout the course.

The lecturer is able to assign assignments, projects etc. lectures can be uploaded to Youtube directly from this interface if only the lecturer wants to do so.
